Analysis:
This is the one of the first matches for the DPC 2021, we can also take into consideration the latest update 7.28a where almost all heroes have a unique ability coming from the Aghanim's Shard making it harder to predict the out come of most DotA 2 matches as of now. We can expect a lot of surprises on the professional matches as they build incredible synergy from different heroes.

Taking that into consideration, both teams are on the same tier level and they've played several matches before the update. Execration is are not performing their best right now, they manage to win some matches from time to time but they have been struggling with adapting to the new meta and adjusting their hero pool against the enemy which made them perform less than expected. The same goes to Galaxy Racer, they manage to pull of some wins but the difference is that this team just participated in DotA 2 scene last July of 2020 and they are now climbing their way to the ranks they are quick to adapt and I assume they are very well prepared for this match.

The odds favor Execration because of their experience as a team. But given the long vacation and the new patch that happened, they're probably not at their best. It's expected that Galaxy Racer is capable of beating Execration but it will be very hard.
