The host nation of Qatar had huge expectations from their team in the World Cup opener against Ecuador but they failed to meet the expectation with a 2-0 loss. Qatar came into the competition with four straight wins but that was very quickly forgotten when the game started. We were all impatiently waiting for the 2022 World Cup and that was especially the case with the home nation Qatar. Even without their best player Sadio Mane, Senegal was a tough opponent in the game against the Netherlands and they almost made it undefeated to the end. Senegal is by far a better team than Qatar and just like Ecuador, they will take over the game from the very first minute since they need to score a lot in order to make up the goal difference. It may take some time until Senegal score the first goal but will definitely do it and win the game at the end, keeping their chances to advance to the knockout stage.
