The Pistons are playing the second night of a back-to-back. On Tuesday night, they faced the Sixers in Philadelphia and it was, in a word, embarrassing. They got their absolute doors blown in, losing 147-116.
We find Pistons in the bottom of the Eastern Conference with a total of 11-33 and 5-14 at home.

After going on a six-game losing stretch in December, Minnesota is the winner of four straight. Their most recent victory came in a 104-96 contest against the Houston Rockets.
We find the Timberwolves on 8th place in the Western Conference on a total of 20-21 and 8-12 on the road.

-Cunningham and Bagley is listed as out for the Pistons, and several keyplayers listed as day-to-day
-Towns and McLaughlin is listed as out for the Timberwolves and Edwards is listed as questionable 
-Timberwolves have won the last 3 meetings in Detroit by +6 points

1- They played Tuesday night in Philly and then headed home to face the Timberwolves in a back-to-back.
2- Timberwolves have been rested since Sunday, so they will bring the energy. Also, it doesn't help Detroit that the Timberwolves are red hot and have not lost since Dec, 31.
3- I think revenge is on the Timberwolves' mind, due it was to these same Pistons they lost to in Minnesota.
I don't see Detroit putting up much of a challenge in this one, for these reasons.
I'm taking Minnesota here to cover the spread.
